Our Mission

Our Mission is to provide a community based assistance to individual owners of condominiums in Ontario as well as to lobby the Government of Ontario to update the current legislation in order to better protect owners.
Changes such as:

1. To create a Governmental Enforcement Mechanism
2. To have clear definitions to many sections of the "Condominium Act."

By achieving the above items, individual Condo Owners will have Rights and Protection enforced by our government, like other tax paying citizens.
